At Laila Lines, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our policy below regarding digital products.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products — including templates, downloadable files, e-books, journals, and other digital content — all digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases where the file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed. If you experience any technical issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at nb.laila22@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a corrupted file, a broken download link, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nb.laila22@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it — typically by providing a corrected file or working link.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Digital products that have already been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where the file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible
- Gift cards
If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for a refund, please contact us before making a purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is placed from a country within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a justification.
Please note: this right does not apply to digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds for Defective Files
In the rare case a refund is issued — such as when a defective or corrupted file cannot be resolved by providing a replacement — it will go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
